Art in the Garden
Tuesdays 10am-12pm Redcatch Community Garden, Redcatch Park, Knowle, BS4 2DR This is a small, outdoor and socially distanced art and wellbeing group where you can explore a variety of art-making techniques in the relaxing environment of the lovely Redcatch Community Garden. We will use the garden for inspiration. There is a marque there for shelter. The aim of this group is to provide a sociable, supportive and creative experience for local people. Each week we will share a technique such as monoprinting, charcoal drawing, oil pastel/watercolour resist and many more but if you would prefer to work on your own project that is fine too, just bring it along! You don't need any art experience to attend however if you do, you might like to share your skills/techniques with the group at one of the sessions. This group is free but we ask for donations towards Redcatch Community Garden if you can afford it. Places are limited, to book please email [email protected] Art in the Garden is run by stART - a collective of trainee art psychotherapists.
